Many collegiate libraries have them, in addition to the NY State Archives. However, Sir William died before the Revolutionary War. A reference to "Johnson's Army" in a Revolutionary War context would probably refer to the troops commanded by his son, Sir John, and they were clearly part of the British side of things.
