Bob, They didn't go anywhere, at least not for awhile. They stayed in the Kinderhook area for at least another four years and had a child Magdalena bp. at the same church. Bp. 11 Sep 1768. Magdalena, of Hendrick Buys and Eva Cool. Wit. Gysbert Scherp, Magdalena Buys. Although many families moved west from Columbia Co., even to other states, Magdalena was the fifth child in 11 years, so maybe they stayed in Kinderhook but had no more children.
