He has an older sister, Doris A., who married William OShangesee. I found Howard on the 1910 census (age 8) and the 1920 cenus (age 18). I have a letter written by his sister in 1938 stating his address was 121 Elm Drive, Rochester. On the Rochester Library system I found a Howard A. WEBB listed in 1926 thru 1929, but not sure if this is him. Also found two deaths of Howard WEBB, one in 1982, one in 1993, but I don't know much about him to know which is my Howard.
