That might indicate that she was of modest means. She also was buried in the public graves section which could back up that hypothesis. She was 51 when she died, born about 1913. She's not listed in the SSDI. Nor does she appear in the 1920 and 1930 census of Rochester, the city marriages, or the 1960 and 1963 city directories.
