S. Dean, in Brockport,yesterday morning. The examination was adjourned till Saturday. Attorney John Desmond, of Rochester, will defend the prisoners. Since the men were arrested the horse has been replevined, and the latter action will also be tried Saturday. (Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, Feb 16, 1898).
