On Thursday, July 15, Emeline BISHOP, daughter of Reverend William H. BISHOP, of Rochester, after a severe illness of twelve days, aged 11 years, 8 months, and 3 days. She bore her affliction with Christian fortitude, saying that she was patient for Christ's sake. She said that she was happy and resigned to the will of the Lord, and should see father Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and a great many whom she had never seen, and be with Christ.
