I just wish to throw in a little in the discussion. Yes, there was an aggricultural school, I believe on East Henrietta Rd, out towards Mendon. But let me introduce the "Industrial School of Rochester" at 133 Exchange St, there for quite some time around the turn of the century. I believe during the early '20s or late '10s became Rochester Vocational School, same address. For a time some of the shop classes were even taught in one of the Bausch & Lomb buildings on St Paul St. During the early 40's it moved into the Washington Jr High building on Clifford Ave. They added on to the school and it became Edison Technical and Industrial High School, which now is located on Lexington Ave, west of Mt Read. As to records that may be available, I remember the library downtown had a number of yearbooks. I don't know if school records are available. If not, a good place to find information is from the newspapers, especially at Fultonhistory.com , a great place to search for names.
