From what I am given to understand, the indexing of the database seems to crash the city's server. Since they manage to pay everyone every two weeks and keep track of other things with the main computer, I find that a touch hard to believe. What I do believe is that the "new" company doesn't know their rearward orifice from an excavation in terra firma. Just sayin. But I seriously do not know when it will be back for good.
