A volunteer checked the statewide fiche of BMD's (which by law cannot be searched online), and found an entry for Vernon N Rogers, born Rochester 19 Sept. 1922, certificate 75734. The index does NOT give the parents - one would have to order that, preferably from the state which will give a photocopy of the cert rather than just an extract like the county supplies.
