COVINGTON (b. 1848 in England d.1924 near Parma, NY) and his wife, Harriet M. (WANSEY) (b.1854 in Odgen, Monroe Cty, NY d. 1932 in Parma, NY) family of Monroe County, NY. They had 5 children: Rosa Covington married Harry VAN GIESON - one son, Avery VanGieson George W. Covington married Gerturde CHASE - 2 known children: Pearl and Floyd Frederick E. Covington married Lulu SCHIEB - one son named William Milo Covington married Lillian HIE - one son, Howard Manley Covington married wife #1, Sophia ?? - one son, Arlie; married #2 wife Mae ? - no known children. Milo was married to my Great grandmother, Lillian so their son, Howard was my Great Uncle. Howard married #1 wife, Sarah YOUNG, from Arkansas - one daughter, Milltreata. Married #2 wife, Joan WHITE from New York State - two children: Lillian and Milo. Joan also brought another daughter into their marriage from her 1st one - Nancy Stafford. This family lived for a number of years in Cortland and Cayuga Counties, NY. Would like to know more about these families & especially their descendants.
