The first seems to be a branch of the Eastern Star - Chapter 153, OES, the Daughters of the Nile, Secondly - Coasterettes of the Gold Coast Shrine Club, 3rd and 4th are - the Zef Club and the Jesterettes. Since this was mentioned in a woman's obit, these are most likely all women's branches of certain orders - but I'm not sure which ones - other than that the 1st one would be Masons, 2nd would be Shriners which are a division of the Masons? The latter two are a mystery for sure.
