Hi Peggy My local Library does not have interlibrary loan either, but the Main Library in your County is the one that will have it. However depending on where you live you might be closer to one in a neighboring county. You will need your Library Card. It is a little farther for me to drive but well worth the trip when I need it and our Genealogy Society meets there once a month and our Genealogy Library is there. I have found this to be a very successful route for research and don't know what I would do without it. You might also try writing to the local Genealogical Society or Historical Society and see if they have a newspaper collection in their archives. . A great many of them do, however sometimes it isn't a complete collection. I have also used that route in the past first and if they don't have it I order the newspaper interlibrary loan.
