Hi Mary Kay The only communication I have had with Wisconsin regarding the Rockwells came to an abrupt end. The lady who I spoke with was basically heading up a Rockwell reunion and was not familiar with the genealogy of the family. She offered to talk to others in the family but never got back to me. Most likely not the same lady - would be glad to respond to anyone regarding any of this family. There are some pretty notorious characters in the Rockwell family...
