There is a historical society called Erieville-Nelson Historical Society. MY NOTE. Nathan Brown: son of Captain Daniel Brown. Born in 1792. Wife Lucy Palmer. Second Wife Hannah Langworthy. Family moved to Ohio. Son Adin born in 1818. Democratic Committee in 1841. Captain Daniel Brown: A quaker from Stonington, CT. Settled in Brookfield in 1791. One mile west of Leonardsville. Born in 1735. Died Dec. 14, 1814. Celebrated July 4, 1791 by cutting logs for house. Lot 82 in 19th Township. Also Lot 85. Wife Abigail died Feb. 18, 1819, aged 76.
