    3. Thanks a million Pat. Yes, I saw that tree and I tend to discount the accuracy of both dying on the same day, and rather think it may be an error. I find a Lydia Burdick (same age) in Michigan in the 1870 Census and in Kansas in the 1880 Census. Does my memory serve me that you too descend from Ethan Burdick and Mary Rogers?
