I just added the last 4 town hisotries that I have for Madison County to my web site. These towns are: De Ruter, Eaton, Smithfield and Stockbridge. Like the other towns they list a lot of the early people in town and things like who ran what businesses, list of Supervisors, Ect. The towns in Essex, Fulton, Jefferson and Oswego Counties that are not at the web site I have in PDF files, these town histories are all about the same in structure as the ones that I have online for the Counties. If at a later date I can get some good Bio's of people from these towns I will add them like I did for Tioga County. Those are good ones, that list both parents of the people in them, and in some families you can trace 2 to 4 geneation.
