Hello everybody, Hope your all staying warm!!!! I was hoping that someone could help me with the Sweet family in Canastota. I had a recent discovery that my Thomas James (whom I thought was from Saratoga) had two sisters and a cousin that married Sweet girls. The first sister was Clarissa James and she married Eliphlet Sweet and is buried in Mt Pleasent. The second sister is Betsy James and she married Stephen Sweet I cant find any information on them other than a census page in 1860 she has my Thomas James' mother living with them that is the closest I have been to finding her. She was Mary Thomas James. The third James girl was Orilla Sweet and she married a Charles A. Sweet. If anyone knows anything about these Sweets I would appreciate it. Thomas James married Phyleane Quackenbush. The time period for this family would be between 1840 to 1930 Thanks for any help on this. Gigi James
