Hi, Listers, According to a story in the Oneida Dispatch, two executives of the old Oneida Ltd. have bought the silverware factory including equipment and materials to keep it going. They have formed a new company called Sherrill Manufacturing and have at present 25 employees. They hope to become a major supplier to the "new" Oneida Ltd who expects to outsource the mfg. of their products. The new owners are a couple of Welshmen by the name of Roberts and Owens. I, being a good part Welsh myself, expect they will have the Welsh stubbornness to make a success of it. (chuckle). Hope so, anyway. Chas .

We are losing to many mfg. companies. BTW- I love your stories Charles. Do you remember anything about a one-eyed man. I was talking to Esther Ward and she thinks the man's last name was Ward. Patty
