We have 2. Winter and summer with usually short transition periods between the two. Yes, we do have fall but it is usually very warm and spring which is the same. Secondly, I've found nothing to compare to the smell of fresh cut hay on a summer's day in that region. Lastly, contrary to some folks pre-conceived notions about folks of the North, there are many very friendly and helpful people there. Tim
