He was the son of Daniel & ROckcena [Roxcena] Webster. He married Rachel Antoinette Gates and had children, Simon, John, Mary and Albert Elijah. Daniel Smith, son of John & Abigail (Burrow) Smith was born 3 Jan 1794 in Chenango Co NY and died 28 Sept McDonough, Chenango Co NY. He marred 1) 4 May 1817 to Rockcena Webster, dau of John Martin & Polly (Graves) Webster. Rockcena was b 22 June 1797 at Smithville, Chenango Co NY and died 20 July 1882 in Smithville NY. Daniel Smith m2) 11 Dec 1822 at McDonough Chenango Co NY to Eliza Tracy Moore. Children by 1st wife Rockcena: 1. Elijah, b 5 March 1818* [See above] 2. Celestia b 3 May 1820; m. David Cline and had issue 3. John, b 9 July 1822; no more known about him John Martin Webster was b. 8 Feb 1775 in Lebanon CT and died 19 Jan 1842 in Addison, Steuben Co NY; he m. bef 1797 possibly in Oxford, Chenango Co NY to Polly Graves. She was b 6 Oct 1776 in NY and died 13 Apr 1862 in Harrison Township, Potter Co PA (her parents are unknown). Children of John Martin & Polly (Graves) WEBSTER: 1. Rockcena ** [see above] 2. Polly, b 22 Nov 1799, died young 3. Elijah, b 18 Apr 1802, died young 4. John Martin b 18 Apr 1804; m. Rebecca Bacon, had issue 5. Calisty b 22 Apr 1806, died young 6. Cynthia/Cinthey b. 18 July 1808; m. Almon Blackman, had issue 7. Fannie Ann/Fanna b 4 Apr 1810; m. Charles King GILE, had issue 8. Lovica/Lovisa, b. 12 July 1812; m. Hiram Baxter, had issue 9. Ama Altana b 9 Dec 1814; m. Hiram BILLS, had issue 10. Aurilla b 4 Oct 1816; m1) Elijah SHELLY, m2) David Madison WOOD; had issue from both husbands 11. Aaron, b. 20 Dec 1819 m.
