Hi Donna, According to Peoplepc.com website, they offer their basic "Unlimited" internet service for $10.95/mo. They also have a special for new subscribers to that service of $5.47/mo for the first 3 mos. They do offer a higher level of service called Security Plus for $15.95/mo. Perhaps your neighbors could meet their needs with the basic "Unlimited" service? It includes a lot of benefits like Symantec virus checker, but it runs a little slower than the other service. Anyone interested in the special offer needs to provide the Offer Code given on the website, just below the blue box on the bottom left of their home page. Be sure to check their list of dial-up numbers for your area. Otherwise you might end up accumulating local phone charges on top of their monthly charge.
