Does anyone have a dependable, no limit to hours, internet server provider, less cost than $12.95??? I have a couple of seniors, on my street who want to go on line, but their server is raising their rates, and they are on a fixed income. I check some hours yesterday, but find, in New York State area, can only use their providers. Thanks for any info, d
