Pat - I believe the bibles you speak of may belong to my husbands family. His 5xgreat grandfather was Levi Brown an early settler in the town of Nelson/town of Eaton. Levi and his wife Joanna had 18 living children. One of those children was Matilda Brown who was born in Oct 1795. Matilda married Abner Morse. Matilda and Abner had 11 children. One of those children was George Brown who was born in 1817. George married Minerva Mann. They were living in Cazenovia in 1880 and had a son by the name of George. I could go on but if you do think any of the above mentioned George Morses might be a connection I would love to have the bibles unless you hear from another descendant with a more direct line. It pleases me to let my grandchildren know that there are 9 generations of their relatives that lived in Erieville. Not all were born here, but probably a few generations were born and died and were buried in our little cemetery here. some of them think it's kind of cool to go over and check out the relatives.
