SMILEY. I found Mitchell S. SMILEY in the 1830--Avon/1840--Leicester and 1850-- Avon census' Livingston County. Mitchell S. SMILEY moved to Bangor, Van Buren, MI in about 1851 about the same time several of the HOGMIRE families traveled there and mainly settled in the bordering township of Arlington. I'm trying to figure out the parentage of Mitchell S. SMILEY and when/where he and Rebecca were married so I can order a marriage certificate. MItchell's death certificate does not list the names of his parents. Any help is greatly appreciated, Tracie Ott in Puyallup, WA
