She moved with her family to Gainesville, Wyoming Cty about 1829 ir 1830 where she grew up. Shae married an unknown man with the last name of LORD, date and location also are unknown. Her name appears in the obituary of her mother, Electa KNIGHT MIX, with the last name of LORD and living in Dansville, Livingston Cty, NY at the time of her mother's death on 21 Apr 1841 in Gainesville. However, without knowing her husband's first name, I have been unable to identify his family and I have not been able to find Sarah M MIX LORD in any Census data exceppt possibly in the 1900 Censu for Buffalo, Erie Cty, NY, which lists a Sarah LORD as a cook. She was possibly a widow early in her marraige and I do not know if she had any children or not, but am trying to learn that as well. Any help would be much appreci! ated. Thank you. Lowell J. Mix
