WILEY. 2) Fannie WILCOX, b. about 1824, Springwater (according to the 1855 and 1865 state censuses, she was b. in Livingston Co.); d. 5 March 1873, prob. Springwater, buried Christian Church Cemetery, Springwater; m. 27 April 1845, prob. Springwater, Julius HIGGINS, b. 1822, Monroe Co., NY, son of Stephen and Sarah (BURNHAM) HIGGINS; d. 1 Aug. 1870, Springwater, buried Christian Church Cemetery. Fannie and Julius had one child, George C. HIGGINS, b. 18 Sept. 1848, Springwater; d. 17 Jan. 1909, Springwater, buried Mount Vernon Evergreen Cemetery; m. Mary PURSEL.
