My ancestor, Magdelana Welch Karcher was a sister to Catherine Welch Lobach. Your posting mentions that you can trace their father, Jacob Welch back to an immigrant ancestor. How do you know this? Also, would you like info. on the Martz Family? They came from Northumberland County but there is some confusion as to the siblings of Catherine Martz Welch (mother to Catherine and Magdelana).
