Hi Mary , Elizebeth Bovee also lived in Groveland in the 1950's an 60's I cant at the momement think of her husband's 1st.name. Ijust saw your message an wanted to see if there is a connection. My Grandmother- Mary McFall was Elizabeth's aunt. I will get my papers out an see what else i can find. if there is a connection. I don't know of a library in Rochester that might be able to link you to ProQuest, but I do know that if you join The New York Genealogical & Biographical Society, you'll have access to the ProQuest NYTimes database and to the Heritage Quest on-line census records and books of genealogical interest. Johanna Curran (a widow) ran a Boarding House in 1920 in Groveland, with her daughter Catherine. Herman lived there and was a Locative Engineer. In 1930 Herman was married to Catherine and had Johanna living with them, still in Groveland. (Married abt 1925) Herman was still an Engineer. Johanna was b.abt 1867, Catherine b.abt 1891, Herman was from Elmira and was b. 3-1-1895. Any ideas welcome. Thank you, Ferne
