Response to CJ Sheldon message: I'm not sure this will help any but my mother, Eleanor (Hubatsek) Singer, b.1910, d. 1971) worked for this Fowler family for room and board in the 1928 time frame while attending Lowville Academy (High School). She took care of the children and probably did other household chores. My brother Dave may recall further info, I'll copy him on this. Did you try an online phone number search? One of them might be unmarried and use the Fowler name, or you might find a relative in the Lowville area who knows about them.
