On September 26, 1860 he married Emma E daughter of Silas Bacon. They had one child Minnie Dell. Seymour, William William Seymour had PO Deer River. He was a farmer and retired blacksmith with 130 acres of land; He was born in Herkimer County in 1818 the son of Matthew Seymour of England who came to this county in 1818 and died in 1865. His mother was Cynthia Betts of Albany County Born in 1802 and died in 1879. He married Armidia Nichols of Lewis County in September 1840. She was born in 1817 to James L. and Elizabeth Stevens Nichols in Berkshire County MA. James L. came to county in 1803 and died in 1845 at age 71 years and her mother Elizabeth Died October 12 1866 at 92 years. William and Armidia had 2 children Melvin Born in 1851 and Anna born December 20, 1852. .
