    3. After making a relatively quick trip to Lewis County, I have gained new information about my family. My special thanks go to Bill Brothers from this list for his good suggestions that made my trip successful. I found the death record for my great, great grandmother, Mary Anna (aka Anna)Egloff who married Michael Egloff and lived in New Bremen township. The valuable information contained included the names of her parents, namely, Peter Rouschell and Anna Kirch. I don't know whether either of the parents ever came to this country but probably not. In the past there have been one or two individuals who have raised questions about the Kirch family. We may well be connected. I would appreciate hearing from you. Also, if there are listers who have a connection to the Rouschell family, please contact me. While checking on deeds and wills at the Lowville Court House, I have also found information about my great uncle Nicholas Evrard (not Everard) who apparently lived relatively close to my great grandfather, Christopher Everard. In deeds names of both brothers appear along with those of children, some of whom may belong to one brother and others to the other. These names include Mary, Louisa, and Anna Mary. My great grandfather is listed as the guardian for these children! This is a brick wall. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated. Ken Everard everardl@voicenet.com
