Hi Dick I also have read the book. But everyone has not read it. It is very interesting like all the books on Lewis County. I grew up in Lewis County and have strong ties to other near by counties. I enjoy the Tug Hill books as I even knew the Tug Hill Hermit John Jaconski as a little girl. Our hunting lodge was near his leanto. Often wonder if I ate any of that honey he used to make Ugh! BUT - I am only putting some short information of interest and Bio's of various people from various towns for people who are not near Lewis County to aid their genealogy. I though it might be helpful. Some people have to sent for all their material. I'm not really doing a complete works. Just trying to be helpful to whomever might be looking.
