These include County Surrogate records, i.e. wills and court appointed estate administrators; 1850 Mortality Schedule, persons dying in year ending 1 June 1850; church, cemetery and newspaper reportings, births, deaths and marriages. NO census records included in my Herkimer County packet. Some federal and state census records ARE FOR SALE.
