No, I don't know. Starr King Ferris was born in Nov 1884 and died in Oct 1966 in Martinsburg. He married Margaret Elizabeth Boggs. I found a Starr King but he was 46 and single. Thought it might be Star's father. Starr's been a bit of a problem for me. Thanks for writing.
