Hi...I live in what I am told, is the3rd oldest house in existence in Lewis County. Formerly owned by Phisterers, Caprons, and others previous. I am searching for any folks who lived in the area between 1920 and 1960 who might have passed through and taken a photo, or who may have been visitors. go to the website listed to see a current picture. www.westviewfarm.org It is located on East Road between Boonville and Port Leyden and was built sometime around 1840. In the early 1900's it was called "The Maples" for the huge trees that surround the property. I would like to see what it looked like before it's "renovation" in the late 60's. Thanks for any help!
