Looking for information on the following families: - Jacob Singer (little info. known) - his wife Barbara, son Frederick, and Frederick's wife Margaret, their children Josephine, William, Fred, Jr. (my gg-grandfather), and Lena lived in Greig, NY during the mid to late 1800s. - Singer family members later lived in Lowville, Watertown, etc., and information on them is quite complete. - Jacob Morse - lived in Greig, NY in early 1860s with wife Johanna, sons George, William, John, and daughter Margaret (my g-g grandmother). He was wounded and died in a Confederate prison camp in the Civil War. - Morse family members later lived in and around Lowville (and I believe some still do); Old Forge, NY area; Washington, DC; Mt Holly, NJ.
