Hi Rich After all that I forgot to mention that probably the State of NY Emergency Dept would know where this information is stored. No doubt there is probably a record at the NY Archives somewhere. I should think that the Lewis County Clerks Office would have a record, but I have found very few records located there. Someone told me that much of their is in storage at an undisclosed location , but thats about all I know. With Fort Drum being so close by, I would think that this would be an excellent program for the youth that should be implemented considering what is going on in the world. Regards Pat R
