Looking for any information on Winifred Singer, b. 4/23/1905 (probably in Lowville), d. 10/17/1929 and an Unknown "Elwell" who I believe was her husband. Winifred was the daughter of William Singer, owner of a meat market in Lowville around 1900. Winifred and Mr. Elwell were probably married around 1922 as they had a child, Julia (Elwell) Lanzafame, b. 1/18/1923, d. 9/1/2001. Julia had about 6 children, many of them now living in the Rochester - Syracuse area. Thanks Dick Singer
