The Green-Wood Cemetery http://www.green-wood.com/ has a Thomas J Chappel died 3/26/1870 Lot 2684 Section 108 Unfortunately there is no other information with it online. If I can be of any help let me know. I to look into Chappels, I do not know if yours and mine are related though.
