By plugging in some info you can get the cert. # and order it from NYC hall of records which the site I believe is provided on italiangen.org (costs about $15.00 each) you can also get it from LDS for $2.00 ea but it is quite involved and tedious to manuever through LDS to get to Kings County (BKLYN) of the state of NY.
