Their children were Joseph (killed in action in WW11-an American Legion Post was named after him near 9th Street in Brooklyn which has since become a synagogue), William (killed while bartending in his father's bar, Diamond's Cafe in 1938 over a dispute between the Brooklyn Dodgers and the NY Giants), Patrick Jr., George, Cornelius, Ann, Katherine, and Elizabeth. Patrick was once the Warden of the Raymond Street Jail and Commissioner of Licenses. He also served on the Democratic party. He died in 1941.
