Also 1890 there are a Wm Kelly mason Baltic St, John Kelly Dean St masonJames Kelly mason Pacific St. All these streets are in the Cobble Hill area. 1880 Census for Ann E Kelly O'Keefe 30 yr Wm 38 yrs Mary 9 Ann 6 Margaret 4 and Josephine 1 yr. Living at 82 Wycoff St Brooklyn. Death Cert. for Ann Elizabeth O'Keefe 45 yrs Brooklyn #12583 July 20, 1895. From her DC you can find the Cemetery maybe she was buried with her parents. Death Cert James J Kelley 67 yrs Brooklyn #5852 April 12 1898. This could be the James Kelly you are looking for age area are right. Also the spelling Kelley is the same as from the 1880 Census and could not find him on the 1900 Census. Hope some of this helps. Good luck.
