Hi Everyone. Does anyone know what age was considered "minor child" in 1953? I have divorce papers fromFlorida for my grandparents and listed is a minor child that was left to my grandfather. I know he had one son, who was in the Korean War in 1953 and he would have been 20 yrs. old. I have reason to believe there may have been another child. Was 20 considered a "minor"?
