Just wondering if its worth looking for a "will" for a very common person, Immigrant,late 19th century - to have a will......I don't believe they owned the property, Just rented- never, ever have been able to place on a census...and they died before 1900. If it wasn't common, was there any sort of transfer to children at all? One spouse followed in dying, one year later..... Thanks
