Finding him in one of these wil give you his wife and children's names. Finding Cornelius' actual death record is another matter. New *Utrecht* was a separate town within Kings County in 1856, and the town's vital records have not survived. If he was a Roman Catholic, he might have been buried at Holy Cross Cemetery in Flatbush. This cemetery is still in existence, and you can contact them with his date of death to see if they have a record of his burial. Good luck!
