There was a James Boyd who was a preacher seems to have gone to Nova Scotia, back to NY back to NS who I believe is father to my James. I am trying to figure out if there are any brothers etc. Also there is Damiel Boyds in Nova Scotia that I thought might be part of this family and seeing a brooklyn grave for a Daniel makes me think there is a stronger chance of this. All the Boyds and suspected Boyds (if questionable I put in comments on profile) on my Shepherd family tree. Would love to compare Boyds notes.
