I've tried looking for your family with Röessler, Roessler, Rossler, Roeffler, Ro*, adn *sler. I've also looked for WM., Wilhelm, William and other forms of William. Also, for William no surname and wife Bertha. And have found nothing. You should try taking their location from the 1905 and 1910, find the area in 1900 census and look page by page. Good luck.
