Author: Roadsurfer Surnames: BROWN, MULLY / MULLEY Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.newyork.counties.kings/15538/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Four apparent BROWN siblings are enumerated with Peter and Ann MULY (MULLY/MULLEY) in the 1850 U.S. Census in Williamsburg. I am particularly interested in the Brown children: Edward, 13, b NJ; Sarah, 11, b NY, Agnes, 8 b NY, and Rebecca, 5, b NY. It's possible, of course, that the Brown children are Ann's and that Ann was widowed and remarried. In the 1860 census, my GGgrandfather Edward Brown is enumerated in Brooklyn (Williamsburg P.O.), 14th Ward, 1st District, dwelling 300. Ann Mlly (Mully), with Agnes J. and Rebecca A. Brown, are enumerated in the same ward, same district, at dwelling 316. I'm hoping that the 1850 and the 1860 Edward Browns are the same person. Anyone out there researching these Browns or Mullys?--Sandy Brown Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
