I always receive my requests within 2 to 3 weeks. Did you receive an auto-confirmation email with a caseID number? If not, you may want to send the info again just to see if they're getting your requests. It can take a couple of days to receive auto-confirmation email, so don't get discouraged if you don't receive it immediately. And Of course always provide the correct film number/title and certificate number in the request.
