That's not correct - cert. # 2400 would be for Frank Hurst to Nellie Meyer in June 1889, while Anna and Herbert would be in April and # 1400. On the Brides Index page you can click the link to the NYC Municipal Archives to download an application for the cert ($15). You could also send to familysearch.org for a photocopy for free. You can e-mail them : photoduplication@familysearch.org In the e-mail request you must list the name of the person whose cert copy you want (Stockton,Anna) , date of event, type (m, b, d), place of event and the FHL Film # that the cert would be found on, (from the catalog on familysearch). I believe the following is the right film: Title: New York, Brooklyn, marriage certs, 1866 - 1937 FHL Film # 1544421 (covers # 548 - 1667, 1889) Apparently you'd also have to be able to open a zip file, as that seems to be how copies are sent (as per previous msg. board poster who found this out). It may take a long time to get the digital copy as familysearch has been very busy with requests since they made e-mail request free. Good luck.
